The strength to change the things I can (piss him off to make it drop)

Hi, I must commend you for this serious effort which you have been at for 30years. With the kind of world we live in today, I do realise the enormous pressure you must find yourself under. Your friends want you to taste the forbidden fruit, others, men, would just like to dis-virgin you. Well, girl, you just gat to hold on okay? Wait till you are married and you won't regret it.
